Refund Policy

We do accept returns on merchandise, however you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within eight business days. If an item is received and it is broken, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. You must provide pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Once all requirements have been met, we will send your new item out. If you would like a refund for the damaged item, we will gladly refund  your money, MINUS shipping charges.
We will not refund damaged or lost first class mail orders, as the shipping states, no tracking, no insurance!!!
